TOP BRASS

When premiumness is experiential yet inviting, the design doesn't just have to be iconic but also commemorate legendary craftsmanship. Among tier 2 working professionals, the men's apparel and accessories brand, Top Brass defines class and simplicity. The brand, however, needed a physical retail experience that both feed people with a welcoming environment and reflect the shoe maker's heritage right inside the comprehensive collection of products inside the store.

Before developing our design commandment, we went through our usual drill and carefully joined the puzzle through  brand research & insights to scroll through the consumer market and synthesize the brand’s attributes into the creation of the store concept. We expanded on the notions of luxury and introduced design elements that had a close integration to the brand’s emotion of making a powerful statement in C-Suite wear.

Hence, to demonstrate the iconicity of Top Brass, an arch shape architecture at the facade did justice to the whole idea of a welcoming environment. The interior had an experiential zone reflecting on the art of a shoe maker, with special emphasis on the hand made feature, that lures the consumer’s through their desire for personalized products. It bestowed the perfect product & brand experience delivered alongside comfort and style in professional wear.

The best part of our design was introducing story through a mascot, exclusively symbolising the three essential pillars of the brand’s legendary craftsmanship— Show designer, manufacturer & Salesperson. Finally, we embraced the two color concept to clutter-free the design and make it a signature brand look with enough minimalism, surfacing the store and rolled out an experiential interior with an intend to build a brand perception of an established luxury, attracting new-age consumers.
