As a Brand Strategist, you'll be the mastermind behind decoding client objectives across diverse industries and domains, translating them into compelling brand strategies. Your role is multifaceted, requiring expertise in research, data analysis, digital marketing, and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Decoding the Brief- Ability to understanding client's objectives across domains and industries
  2. Research - Adept at Consumer, Category, and Competition Research, Flexibility in deploying research techniques - desk research, surveys, consumer interviews, focus groups, Help the team to create thought provoking research based knowledge assets
  3. Data mining and Insights mapping- Capability to create meaningful insights out of data, Effective representation of data and insights
  4. Digital Marketing Knowledge- Know-how of social media and digital platforms
  5. Cross-team liaison- Ability to effectively translate client problems and objectives to the teams
  6. Creative Problem Solving & Ideation- Assist in end-to-end delivery of the pitch requirements, Facilitate crafting communication strategies to meet client's objectives
Requirements
  1. Require 1-3 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably from agency background
  2. Research & Analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  3. Creative & Strategic thinking to generate innovative concepts and campaign ideas, putting it out of the box
  4. Understanding of consumer behaviour and psychology.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office & presentation software’s.
  6. Active listening to understand client needs and preferences.
  7. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  8. Adaptability to tailor thoughts in strategic communications.
