Manager-Brand Solutions
As a Manager-Brand Solutions at D'ART, you will be responsible for managing client accounts from end to end. Your primary responsibilities will include client pitching, pitch presentations, cross-selling, up-selling our agency's range of services, and converting prospective clients into traditional accounts. You will need to have exceptional communication skills to handle clients individually and collaborate effectively with cross-vertical teams. Additionally, your proactive approach in terms of follow-up and client engagement will be crucial in ensuring timely billing and invoicing.
- Create innovative and intelligent strategies to solve the client’s marketing and communication needs, both in the short and long term.
- Develop integrated opportunities and bring in new resources in areas beyond advertising to grow the client’s and agency’s business.
- Form a strong bond with the mid-level and senior clients, search for ways to enhance the client-agency relationship, and be a trusted advisor to the clients.
- Understand and oversee the financial aspect of the client-agency contract (approvals, estimates, purchase orders, iterations, number of jobs, etc.).
- Analyse primary and secondary research and develop recommendations from them.
- Actively participate in developing the brief for new primary research.
- Balance the agency’s POV while also serving as the client advocate during internal discussions and meetings.
- Establish strong relationships with other departments of the agency and assist them when required.
- 4 – 6 years of professional experience.
- An understanding of the workings of an agency and its philosophy.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
- An analytical mind with an understanding of research and finances.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent.
- Profecient in English & Bengali language
