Job Overview

The Executive - Human Resource & Administration will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative functions within our manufacturing unit. This position requires a strong understanding of attendance and payroll processing, labor laws (such as PF, ESIC, LWF) and factory compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the attendance and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws, including PF, ESIC, LWF to ensure compliance within the manufacturing unit.

• Maintain and update the master database of employees, including personal and professional details.

• Enroll new employees in the biometric system for attendance tracking.

• Maintain and update the muster roll, overtime & other required register as per HR compliance requirements.

• Keep detailed and organized records of employee personal files.

• Prepare and process full and final settlements for employees who leave the organization and send the necessary documentation to the corporate office.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant factory compliance requirements.

• Have a good understanding of the Industrial Dispute Act and assist in dispute resolution.

• Manage the issuance and maintenance of employee ID cards.

• Address and resolve day-to-day employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the corporate office to request HR and administrative support as needed.

• Conduct monthly HR and administration audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Regularly audit and manage administrative inventory.

• Handle queries and liaise with manpower agencies for outsourced workforce.


• Proficient in MS Office • Able to maintain flexible work schedule

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of attendance and payroll processing, labor laws, and factory compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
