As the Director of Media at D’ART, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the media planning and video direction process. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client briefs, presenting crafty and creative ideas, and ensuring flawless execution within budget constraints. Your in-depth knowledge of media planning, budgeting, and market trends will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with high-end clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop innovative media strategies that align with their goals.
  • Present creative and strategic media plans, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the direction of video content production, working closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and effective media materials.
  • Develop and manage media budgets, providing clients with transparent cost planning and ensuring projects are executed within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on current market trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies as needed to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional department managers, including creative, design, and production teams, to ensure the seamless execution of media strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the media team, fostering their growth and ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Monitor the performance of media campaigns, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • 4-6 years of experience in media direction, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing media strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and emerging technologies in the media industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional department managers to achieve project goals.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for crafting unique and effective media solutions.
