We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager - 3D Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the concept creation, planning and quality assurance of 3D design projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The Deputy Manager - 3D Design will collaborate with various departments and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the quality of 3D design deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to agency standards.
  1. Resource Allocation:
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel and tools, for the successful execution of 3D design projects.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the 3D design team.
  1. Interdepartmental Coordination:
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
  1. Concept Development:
  • Contribute to the creative process by providing innovative ideas and developing design concepts and strategies.
  1. Trend Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, incorporating these insights into projects and team workflows. 
  1. Mentorship and Development:
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in 3D Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience of around 3-6 years in 3D design and design ideation, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software and tools like 3DMax,Vray and Photoshop.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
