As the Client Servicing and Business Development Lead at D'ART you will responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and actively manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to tailor compelling proposals and pitches that align with clients' specific needs.

Client Servicing and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs, assess campaign performance, and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for D'ART, effectively communicating our value proposition and service offerings.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire a team of business development and client servicing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to team members to help them achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and project management, to deliver seamless client experiences and successful projects.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and keep D'ART at the forefront of innovation.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 6+ years in a senior business development and client servicing role within a marketing services or retail design agency.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services, retail design, and branding principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
